eq333 Terms and Conditions

1.1 Parties to the Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between eq333 ("Platform", "we", "us") and the registered user ("you", "member"). eq333 is an online entertainment and betting platform operated for adult users in Bangladesh.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Notice will be provided on the platform in the event of changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

1.2 Age Restriction

The eq333 platform is intended only for individuals aged 21 or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. Identity documents may be requested for age verification if required. Providing false information about your age may result in account termination.

1.3 Language and Interpretation

These terms are drawn up in Bengali. In the event of any interpretive ambiguity, the decision of the eq333 authority shall be considered final.

2.1 Account Opening Conditions

Each individual may open only one account. Attempts to open multiple accounts, or detection of multiple accounts, may result in suspension or closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any accumulated balance.

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, contact details — must be accurate and complete. Providing incorrect information may result in account closure and blocking of fund withdrawals.

2.2 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential and not share it with any third party. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, inform the support team immediately. eq333 is not responsible for any failure to maintain the security of your account.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

eq333 may request identity verification documents at any time. These may include:

• A copy of a national identity card or passport
• Proof of ownership of a mobile banking account
• A utility bill or similar document for address verification

eq333 reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal process if documents are not submitted.

2.4 Account Closure

Any member may voluntarily close their account — please contact support to do so. eq333 may also close or suspend an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of the terms and conditions
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity
• Operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse or attempting to exploit the system

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the eq333 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks). Funds sent via any other method cannot be guaranteed to be received.

3.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Deposit or withdrawal requests below these limits will not be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, additional time may be required if KYC verification is pending or in the case of unusual transactions.

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be met in order to make a withdrawal:

• Account KYC verification must be completed
• Applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled
• Withdrawal must be attempted via the same method used for the deposit (where applicable)

eq333 reserves the full right to cancel withdrawals in the event of fraudulent activity or violation of the terms and conditions.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳32,000 or more will add the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Accepting the welcome bonus requires wagering 25 times the bonus amount — not on the deposit, but on the bonus only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met. If the requirements are not fulfilled, the bonus may expire.

4.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Using multiple accounts, false identities, or coordinated betting (bonus abuse / arbitrage) for the purpose of taking advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected:

• The bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited
• The account may be permanently closed
• The user will be excluded from any future promotions

4.4 Other Promotions

eq333 offers various promotional offers from time to time, including cashback, reload bonuses, and a VIP program. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are stated on the offer page. In the event of any conflict with the general terms, the offer-specific terms will apply.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the eq333 platform are operated under a fair play policy. The use of software, bots, automated systems, or any third-party tools to influence the outcome of any game is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and are displayed in the game interface. Separate maximum betting limits may apply when playing with a bonus balance.

5.3 Technical Errors

If a game session is left incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection in any game, eq333 will make a fair decision based on the system logs. The right is reserved to cancel any winnings mistakenly awarded as a result of a technical error.

5.4 Sports Betting

Separate terms and conditions regarding market rules and odds changes apply when participating in sports betting. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the associated bet will be cancelled and the original stake will be returned.

All content on the eq333 platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics — is protected under eq333's copyright. Reuse, redistribution, or copying of this content without prior permission is prohibited.

7.2 Personal Information

7.3 Security

The eq333 platform uses SSL encryption to keep your transactions and personal information secure. However, no method on the internet is 100% secure — keeping your own device and password safe is also your responsibility.

8.1 Limitation of Liability

eq333 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited for losses arising from technical issues, third-party service failures, or other causes beyond our control.

Members place bets voluntarily and at their own risk. eq333 is not responsible for financial losses resulting from gambling.

8.2 Dispute Resolution

8.3 Service Suspension or Changes

9.1 Strictly Prohibited

Involvement in any of the following activities will result in immediate account termination:

• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions
• Fraud, hacking, or attempting to compromise the security of the platform
• Use of bots or automated software
• Operating multiple accounts
• Using or selling another person's account
• Operating an account under a false identity
• Threatening or harassing other members

10.1 Notice of Changes

eq333 may update these terms as needed. Notice will be provided on the platform for significant changes. It is your own responsibility to regularly read the latest terms.

10.2 Partial Invalidity

If any one provision of these terms becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These terms and the Privacy Policy together form the entire agreement between eq333 and the member, and supersede any prior oral or written discussions.
